Staff is very knowledgeable and stands behind their work! Something you don't experience these days in all businesses. I had new tires installed and one flat the next day due to a valve stem that leaked. Not good but it happens. On a very busy Black Friday Day with customers overwhelming the staff they gave me an authentic apology and fixed the issue quickly like I was the only customer in the store. Super impressed how management has clearly trained each employee to put the customer first. I would definitely give this store a chance if you need new tires.

My experience was different than it had been in the past. One of my tires was bad from the factory. It had a slapping noise that was not obvious until it was on the highway and there was no vibration. Two additional visits were required to inspect the tires. It was short visits and I was moved ahead of other customers in order to make it right with me. It was unfortunate but as a customer I felt that the team made every attempt to make it right and the 4th visit was to install a new set of tires. There is no noise now and the tires are working great now. In today’s economy, Discount Tire provides a quality service and product.

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They listen and make suggestions, but are not pushy. Added plus the store is by a Dunkin Donuts, so you can go get a donut and coffee while you wait.
